What is MS. READ PERKS?
MS. READ Perks is our loyalty program designed to reward you for being a valued member of our community. Earn points as you shop and unlock exclusive benefits and discounts.
Currently, this loyalty program is only available to customers based in Malaysia. We are working on expanding this feature to customers living out of Malaysia in the future.
how does the point system work?
For every RM1 spent, you earn 1 point. These points can be accumulated and redeemed for exciting rewards on future purchases. There are also other ways you can earn points. Please refer to the chart below:
What are the benefits a MS. READ Perks member can enjoy?
As a member, you enjoy exclusive perks, such as early access to sales, birthday discounts, and special promotions. The more points you earn, the more rewards you unlock. You can redeem your points online and in-store.
How do I join this loyalty program?
If you’re not already a member, simply sign-up for an account on our website, and you’ll be automatically enrolled. If you’re an existing customer, you’re already part of the program!
Tell me about Perks points redemption.
You may redeem the rewards you are eligible for and use them when you spend RM250 and above in a single receipt storewide. Only 1 reward per transaction is allowed.
The discount will not be applicable to value buy styles, sale or promotional items unless stated otherwise.
Can I redeem all my Perks points at once?
You are allowed a minimum redemption of 500 points which will give you RM20 OFF, and a maximum redemption of 3500 points which will give you RM150 OFF, in a single receipt.
Can I earn points on all purchases, including sale items?
Yes! You earn points on every RM spent, regardless of whether the items are on sale or at full price.
How do I redeem my Perks points?
Log into your account on our website and click on the MS. READ Perks button. You’ll find your member dashboard with your current points balance and the rewards you have qualified for redemption. You may select a reward to redeem. The discount code will be reflected before your final payment.
If you are shopping at an offline store, our sales associates will assist you with the redemption upon check out.
What happened to the VIP tier?
We’ve simplified our loyalty program to better serve all our members. We believe that this update will make MS. READ Perks more inclusive and accessible to everyone, ensuring that each member can enjoy a seamless and rewarding experience.
Do my existing points and rewards transfer to the upgraded program?
Absolutely! Your existing points and rewards seamlessly transition to the upgraded program. You can continue enjoying the rewards you’ve earned.

Terms and Conditions
1. MS. READ PERKS loyalty program is ONLY available to customers based in Malaysia.
2. Perks points redemption is available at all Malaysian stores and msreadshop.com, excluding MS. READ SOGO Kuala Lumpur and MS. READ Isetan KLCC.
3. Collection of points is based on the total value of your purchases in a single receipt (before tax & shipping cost).
4. Points collected will expire after 1 year upon the date of collection.
5. Coupons redeemed will expire after 6 months upon the date of redemption if unused.
6. Perks points redemption is only applicable on regular-priced items with a minimum spend of RM250 in a single receipt.
7. Perks points redemption does NOT apply to value buy, markdown items, accessories consignment items and ongoing
promotions unless stated otherwise.
8. Perks points used for reward redemption are not refundable in any returns, exchanges and cancelled transactions.
9. Perks points are not exchangeable for cash.
10. Perks points are non-transferable between accounts.
